I am a research assistant at the Center for Community Capital and doctoral student in the Department of City and Regional Planning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My research concerns public policy related to housing and mortgage markets, with special expertise in the use of data from the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and geographic information systems. I created and mantain a website of housing data related to North Carolina. I am on Twitter @kparkplace and post thoughts longer than 140 characters on Tumblr.
