This is a table describing most of the photos I took during the construction of our passive solar home. I told friends, suppliers and subcontractors that I would post photos on my UNC Web site. It was a little more complicated since I don't own a digital camera.
I took the time to put prints in an album, but I want to be able to tell the story without lugging the album around. Unfortunately my shoebox filing system was a mess! The image identification on a CD often does not match the the numbering of negatives. This exercise has required me to take the important start toward creating Web pages I will want to share with others.
Choosing the headings for the table helped me consider many different ways to organize the images. I will create separate pages for different phases of the project. Had I not learned about how to check download time, I might have made pages that would not be read.
