Research
 My research is focused on the structure, tectonics, and geologic history of mountain belts. Most of my work is field based, supplemented by geochronology, thermobarometry, and sedimentology/stratigraphy. I am currently working on projects in the Appalachians and Rocky Mountains and have also worked in the Northern Apennines of Italy.
