it can be unzipped
with: bunzip2 cod_wrapup.tar.bz2
and untarred with: tar
-xvf cod_wrapup.tar
This will create a directory called wrapup which includes all of the
files necessary to run the Trophodynamic model for May 1993 as
described
in the draft paper above. It also includes a Users Manual explaining
the model and the code.
To get started, you will need to compile all 3 fortran files
(compile commands are given in the manual) and make sure that the file Run_Cod93_7mm
is executable. To do this, type chmod -774 Run_Cod93_7mm
at the prompt.
This same fortran code is used to run all of the other studies shown on this webpage.
