Poet's Walk at Ayr Mount

Historic site of 1815 plantation home on 265 acres overlooking the Eno River. The walk is a one mile trail through meadows, woodland, along the river, and by a section of what was the old indian trading path.

This is a beautiful place - only one mile from our home;
and we are most grateful to those who maintain it for everyone to enjoy. Here are some photos made in March 2008.
