		We stayed at the Lake Terrace Motel, where the sign says it all.

		Colors were at their peak.  The trail led through this farm.
		Walking was easy down this abandoned forest road
		Years ago, farmers piled rocks from their fields into stacks like this one, found on a ridge at 4000 feet.
		Stu and Kay suddenly realize that an important bridge has been washed away by a hurricane.  We wade across the stream with our boots on, then hike with wet feet the rest of the day.
