Lauren Raymer Heller

Welcome to my webpage.  I am currently a doctoral candidate in the economics department at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  I am also a graduate research assistant for the MEASURE Evaluation Project at the Carolina Population Center.

My research interests are wide and focus primarily on issues pertaining to international health and applied microeconometrics.

Prior to my doctoral work, I earned my BA in economics from Capital University with minors in mathematics, Spanish, and history. Additionally, I have studied economics at Georgetown University and participated in a summer research program in Capetown, South Africa.
