I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My dissertation explores the role of personalized health information in the decision to smoke. I specifically estimate the structural parameters of a dynamic discrete choice model that incorporates learning about the effects of smoking. Broadly speaking, my research interests are in health, labor, and information economics.
