A postdoctoral position is available for two years in Dr. Topal's laboratory. The position has the potential to be expanded beyond two years. The focus of the position is our studies of the molecular changes found in human cancer (Nature 2008). Candidates are expected to be well versed in molecular biology or biochemistry. In addition, candidates should be familiar with gene cloning techniques, library construction, DNA microarrays, and nex-gen DNA sequencing methods.
