Joe Messina Pilot Extraordinaire (Under Construction)
I started flying as a cadet in Civil Air Patrol and continued through a
generous gift from my parents on my 16th birthday. Ten hours of flight
time later I soloed in N4840B a Cessna 152 (pictured below). I never did
complete the lessons due to financial constraints and concerns over declining
eyesight. Well, my eyes did get worse, but not too bad to pick up flying
again. When I finally settle down for awhile I will start again.
Eventually I'll scan the front half of this picture....
