Library Science 2.0: Defining User Experience

This paper is the culmination of a 4 month long journey through the User Experience Design profession at Capstrat, Inc. Drawing on all of my experiences and various resources from leaders in the profession, this paper attempts to define User Experience in a simple and intuitive way. I learned a great deal about business process, value proposition, teamwork, and countless other valuable principles not only for the UX profession, but for the entire world of American business and agency. |
