Lead Information Architect
Information Delivery Systems/User Experience
Reports to: User Experience Manager
Candidates will have the following skills:
4+ years of work experience, including at least two years as an
Information Architect
Two or more years of experience in a web development environment,
either with an agency or in-house. Experience working with large sites or in the financial services industry is a plus.
Proven ability to coordinate the work of peers on large projects.
Demonstrated understanding of and proficiency in leveraging an
industry-standard development methodology, such as the Rational Unified Process.
Ability to mentor/coach less experienced Information Architects
Experience working with strategists and business analysts to
translate business requirements and use cases into value-added deliverables for developers.
Candidate should be competent in the software tools of his/her trade.
(e.g., ClearCase, ClearQuest, Requsite Pro, Photoshop, Visio, Homesite, etc.)

Act as the user experience representative on internal project t

with responsibility for ensuring projects meets U.S. Bancorp's enterprise standards while satisfying user desires.
Evangelize the user to a fault at all stages of the development process.
Lead by example with the use of U.S. Bancorp's process and development methodologies.
Distill collected business/content requirements into focused, understandable and actionable deliverables (storyboards, user assessments, navigation diagrams, wireframes, etc.).
Assist in the ongoing definition of U.S. Bancorp's evolving user experience standards.
Manage relationships with vendors and partners.
Represent U.S. Bancorp in a positive and professional manner internally and externally at all times.
