Dreamweaver: Creating a Web Site Dreamweaver seems to be a pretty easy way to design web pages. I love to feature where you can easily customize your workspace to put frequently used tools without reach. I also like the ability to switch between the designer and coder workspace. I would more than likely use the code and design view to help me not only be able to look at my work I am typing but I can learn the codes as well. I have been told by you and every other web page designer I know that in order to learn how to be a good designer, you have to practice, practice, practice. It is just so hard for me to find the time and energy to do it, so I am happy to know that Dreamweaver exists to help you do tedious tasks as forming tables since most web pages are sent up in tables, right? The reading material mentioned inserting interactive images such as mouse rollovers but how do you use the “slice tool.” Oh, I didn't understand how to create and manage my site. I will try it again tonight. Dreamweaver: Tools This portion of the reading material described how to use archors, tables and frames. The text described tables as being slightly more complex to use as a page layout. I know I would personally whether spend the time telling to figure out how to use table simply because when it comes to editing text to me it is a lot easier to edit and change table. CSS Cascading style sheets are a collection of formatting rules that control the appearance and layout of content in a web page. They allow for greater control abs easier editing for the entire web site. Even though the w3schools web site is extremely easy to follow and understand and the tutorials are great, I can't say I understand CSS. I was able to follow along with the text and I think I could understand CSS if I could print all the examples and have them beside me when I needed to do any specific task I would be nice, but since that is not feasible. I am in trouble. I didn't do well on the quiz. I would love, love, love to know how to and understand my site just by editing a single CSS document. I am all for saving myself time but I am going to need some help.
