yep, it's funny

I saw Shaun of the Dead tonight and it was indeed hilarious. A little bloody, perhaps - the ripping of intestines was slightly unsettling - but the general hilarity more than made up for it. I may never think of a cricket bat again without laughing. As a side note: Simon Pegg was one of many in one of my favorite movies, Band of Brothers. I can't quite place him but that just means I need to watch it again.

Did my week get any better? In some ways, yes; in others, well, that's life, so we'll go with "yes". I did enjoy my evening at the movies, and shopping with my roommate, and finishing the evening by sitting in the floor and watching Persuasion. Tomorrow, it's back to reality and a table full of books, articles, pens and notes.
