Vis Treasury

The Covenant's vis stores (which are the responsibility of the Autocrat Lady Enelle hallinger) consists of the following items as of the Spring season 1220 A.D. (1/2/99 gaming session):

In addition, the Covenant has the quivalent of 4 pawns Mentem and 4 pawns Rego in the broach that controls the Rusalki. These amounts are inseparable, and frankly might be construed as 'magic' items.

*These items are indivisible and cannot be broken down into smaller increments; i.e., the 3 pawns of Herbam vis in the petrified ash trunk must be used in an increment of 3 (not three uses of 1 pawn each).

Vis Sources

• 11 pawns of Mentem per year, distilled as sulferous powder from the hot springs beneath the Covenant. 3 pawns are collected in both the spring and fall, but only 2 in the summer.
• 2 pawns of Herbam per year, from Mistletoe berries growing on oak trees (collected at end of summer).
• 3 pawns of Creo per year, in the form of wine which accumulates in the drinking horn of the idol of Triglav on Mt. Triglav, collected each June 4th.
• 5 pawns of Imáginem per year, collected in the form of dirt from a local haunted crossroads (see the story The Haunted Crossroads), although this vis source is contested and unpredictable.

Distribution Schedule:

• Spring: 1 to Magda, 1 to Merento, 1 to Julian
• Summer: 1 to Cynric, 1 to Lassitor, 1 to Nicolaus, 1 to Capra
• Autumn: 3 to Covenant treasury
• Winter: 2 to Covenant treasury
