I am a 2008- 2009  Ph.D. job market candidate at the University of North Carolina  at Chapel Hill. I expect to graduate in May of 2009.

My field of specialization are Labor Economics, Health Economics and Applied Econometrics.

My dissertation research focuses on the effect of unemployment duration on part-time and full-time reemployment probabilities and wages. Furthermore, I estimate the direction and magnitude of the part-time and full-time wage differential by educational group.

At UNC, I was a teaching assistant for the first three years of my graduate program. The last two years, I have taught the independent section of Intermediate Microeconomics Theory for non-majors.
