During the Fall 2002 semester, I worked as a public relations intern at Volunteers for Youth, a non-profit organization that strives to help at-risk youth succeed in life. While working for this organization, I wrote numerous works in order to help with fundraising and gain more volunteers. Below are some of the works that I wrote.

I wrote these public service announcements before their annual golf tournament. I sent them to various media outlets in the Triangle.

I wrote these post cards as part of a mass mailing that we mailed as an attempt to gain new mentors.

Part of my job included updating some of their files. This fact sheet served as one of the first things that I did for the organization.

After exploring the organization's site, I realized that while it was informative, it needed some work. I compiled this as an attempt to help their cause.
