My development as a writer began in elementary school and has s l o w l y but surely progressed. In English 12 alone, my skills have sharpened, my horizons have broadened, and my life is altogether better. Well…my life may be better than it was when the semester started, but somehow I doubt it is due to English 12. However, I will emphasize the ways in which English has helped me in some of my other academics, such as anthropology 44.
