Spring Break trip to the Bahamas Cruise with my family to Cozumel, Mexico   Trip accross the country with Nicole

My favorite Web Pages are:

http://www.jambands.com This Web site is a good reference to music fanatics like myself. It is structured like an online magazine in that there are articles linked from the homepage. There is a lot of useful tour information, download information, and sound bytes as well. This site is unlike something like Napster because the artists on this website want people to have free access to their music.

http://philzone.com This Web site provides links to the websites of all the surviving members of the Grateful Dead. I use it most often to keep with their tour dates, ticketing information, and for the online store. There is an excellent page of CD's to buy from the website as well that include several artists beyond the surviving members of Grateful Dead.

http://pollstar.com Pollstar is an online database of tour information for every touring band in the United States. Their database includes both small and large venues in every city in America (or at least those with at least one venue). It is the most resourceful for if you are traveling to a particular city and want to see live music while you are there. You can search by city, venue or artist.

http://weatherchannel.com I use this Web site every morning to check the weather. It is also fun to check the weather all around the world (especially on days that are not very pretty here in Chapel Hill). Warning: It can be a little depressing to look at the weather in Santa Cruz, CA (between 60-80° every day of the year) when it is 100° with 100% humidity here in Chapel Hill.

http://foodtv.comMy boyfriend and I enjoy searching for recipes on this Web site. Whenever we decide we are going to make dinner, we end up spending over an hour searching through the enormous database of information. You are able to choose food categories by ethnicity, course, or ingredients. You can also click on a random recipe; every time you click, a different recipe comes up (this is our favorite). The question and answer page is also very helpful for quick reference questions like, "How do I baste a turkey?"
