CDC-funded study of how mothers and daughters talk about HPV vaccine.

CHIME Project

The Carolina HPV Immunization Measurement and Evaluation (CHIME) Project comprises five studies of HPV vaccination decision making and impact. The CDC-funded project is in areas of North Carolina with high cervical cancer rates.   

Men’s Study

Study of beliefs about HPV vaccination among men who have sex with men. 

Botswana Study

Collaboration with Dr. Yumi DiAngi, examining HPV vaccine acceptability in Botswana. 

South-central NC Intervention

Collaboration with North Carolina health directors on an intervention to increase HPV vaccine uptake.

Self-sampler Study

Collaboration with Dr. Jennifer Smith, examining acceptability of a mailed HPV self-resting kit for use with high risk, low income women.

Cognitive Testing Study

Examining the best way to assess beliefs about the HPV vaccine, with partners from the Cancer Prevention and Control Research Network.
