International Aspects of Transition of Formerly Soviet Economies

To conduct this research I have visited Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine on a number of occasions.  The product of that research can be found in conference volumes, World Bank Research Working Papers, two articles in the Journal of Comparative Economics, and in my 2001 book entitled Crisis, Stabilization and Growth.  Precise citations can be found in my curriculum vitae.
