Teaching

Over the years I have taught numerous economics courses, primarily at the University of North Carolina. The subjects have included principals of economics, microeconomic theory, development economics and statistics/econometrics. These were all at the undergraduate level. I have also delivered a number of lectures in a graduate class that is focused on health economics and public finance for lower-income nations.

I have two different teaching-related pages:

First, there is a page summarizing a handful of teaching reviews from throughout the years. As you'll learn, most students like me but a few really don't seem to care for me, or my style:

Second, here is a statement of my teaching philosophy.
