Scope

This pathfinder is designed for university students interested in the history of cheese, the process of making cheese, cheese producers, and the different types of cheese. All of the sources included are available through the libraries of theUniversity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the libraries of North Carolina State University or the Wake County Public Library system.
