Activities:

·Rainbow Soccer: head coach of 5&6 year old soccer team "Sunrise."
Fall 2000-present
·Lambda Chi Alpha: fraternity has recently been recognized for raising the most money for charity,
being the most athletic, most involved on campus, and having the 2nd overall GPA.
Spring 1999-present
·UNC Advertising Club: secretary of the UNC-CH chapter of the AAF.
Duties include organizing an alumni database, promoting membership, and organizing events.
Fall 2000-present
·Tour Guides: give weekly tours to prospective students.
Fall 1999-present
·Dance Marathon: fundraising and dancing for 24 hours straight in the event, which has raised more
than $210,000 for the UNC Children's Hospital over the past 3 years.
Spring 1999-present
·Big Buddy Program: big buddy to James Thomas, an underprivileged 9-year-old local child.

·White Ribbon Campaign: "men working to end men's violence against women"

·University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill:
Major: Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in Advertising

Outside Focus: 5 courses in Economics and Statistics
Expected date of graduation: December, 2002
·Summer of 2000 Abroad in Greece: Traveled through UNC to Greece for 5 weeks.
Spent one of the weeks in a Greek Hospital after I got E. coli and almost died.

Work Experience:

·Providence Bistro: Waited tables in one of south Charlotte's nicest restaurants.

·UNC Development Office: Worked with department's publications aimed at getting contributions.
