is a Senior Research Associate in the Carolina Institute for Public
Policy, Department of Public Policy, the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill, a Research Fellow at the Lurie Institute for
Disability Policy at Brandeis University, and Co-Principal
Investigator of CareerStart, an evidence-based curriculum for middle
school students. He is also currently a doctoral student in Public Policy at
UNC. |

I am co-author of several journal articles and a
monograph, The Reliability and Validity of the School Success Profile
(with Gary Bowen and Natasha Bowen, 2005). My CV contains a complete list of published
articles and submitted manuscripts (Warning: DOC). I am skilled in advanced econometric and statistical
methods and statistical computing applications, particularly SAS. I
specialize in research methods for intervention and human services
evaluation, with areas of expertise in measurement, missing data imputation, hierarchical linear modeling and evaluation design. I earned my Master of Science
