The Role of the University in American Life: Opening Plenary

Professor Rachel Willis began the course with an overview of the structure, topics, and teaching team. Professor Jonathan Howes, Seminar 1, will focus on The University and the Community. Seminar 2, led by Professor Lynn Blanchard will focus on The Engaged University. Finally, students in Seminar 3 will focus on the History of Higher Education in America with Professor Dean Bresciani. Each seminar professor highlighted the content of their seminars and Professor Willis introduced the teaching assistants for the Field Lab.
