The next speaker at Knapp-Sanders, was Professor David Owens. A member of the Institute of Government faculty as well as the University Buildings and Grounds Committee, Professor Owens discussed the history of the Institute as well as its housing over the years. After discussing many of the problems in designing and constructing the addition, Owens then led the lab on a tour of the new spaces, public art, and photos in the Knapp-Sanders Building.
