Welcome to Russell Bither-Terry's UNC page.

I'm a fourth year graduate student in the Political Science Department. My major field is Comparative Politics with a regional focus on Latin America. My research is on food and hunger policy, but I am also interested in the effects of U.S. foreign policy on the region. I received my B.A. in Politics from Willamette University in 2002.
