Below is a check-list of items that must be turned in to the council office to complete your Eagle application, known collectively as the Eagle Packet.

 

*      EAGLE SCOUT RANK APPLICATION completed through UNIT APPROVAL

*      Statement of ambitions and life purpose

*      List of positions held and honors or awards demonstrating leadership outside of Scouting

*      Completed Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project Workbook, including:

·         Narrative description of progress of the project

 

All the above items must be submitted to the council office:

·         at the same time

·         no more than one week after your 18th birthday
