Guidelines for survey:

Before you start :

	- If you have any questions or corrections to make before conducting the survey (see the comments I returned on your description), please check them with me.

For survey:

	- Preface your questions to all subjects with the same short description of your survey.
	- Please mention that the survey is  for a class project for the class Stat31 section 5, and give my name and my  contact information (Rima Izem, 962 5707, rizem@email.unc.edu) for reference.
	- Ask the same questions to all subjects. 
	- Be professional in conducting the survey. Collect only the infomation you need, and keep in mind that the information you collect has to be anonymous to protect privacy.
	- Return the data on Monday 09-15 in the required format (see instructions for Part I) and return along with the data the preface to the questions and the 	exact questions you asked all subjects.
