These six lighthouses are all on the east coast of India. The photos are from the former web site of the Kakinada office of the Indian Department of Lighthouses and Lightships (DLL). That web site has disappeared, but copies of the photos were saved by Klaus Huelse. Thanks to Klaus and to Michel Forand for making these images available to lighthouse researchers everywhere.

Sacremento Light, built in 1902, is the one British lighthouse in this group, with all the others having been built after independence. An older Ramaypatnam Light survived until it was destroyed by the tsunami of 26 December 2004.
