With less than three weeks until everyone gets back in to town and things really get busy again, everyone has some of the same things one their minds. I am sure that everyone is getting really excited to see all fo their friends again and to go out for some drinks when they get back in to town. Everyone probably has supplies left to buy and books to order before they get all sold out. I am sure there are some people that still don't have a place to live in the fall and they better act quick. There is also one big thing that is probably on all of the guys' minds right now in a big way since they have been away relaxing all summer long.
I know that stereotypes can be a bit hindering at times but for reasons of practicality I am just going to jump on one right now. In college it is very important for men to look good on the whole. We want our bodies to look strong and our skin to look clear. This is the time when we are looking for our potential mates and wives so we want to look our best because we don't necessarily want to spend the entire time in college devoid of contact with the opposite sex. That is why this is the time of the year when every man coming back to town has to be thinking about their own health and fitness. It is going to be constantly second to the schoolwork that has to get done to succeed financially and professionally in this world. The next three weeks are crucial for this because when classes kick in to high gear and everyone is so busy they want to rip all their hair out just to get a day off, then no one is going to be out there exercising to get in shape, just to stay in shape. If you're out there wondering how you're going to get a girlfriend this fall, start small and get you butt in to shape now. Look at your diet and look at your heart. There is no better time to start these habits that right now when you still have some time to breath.
