houston real estate

My job appears to be taking me to Houston Texas, I am excited about the warm weather and warm people there, I am somewhat concerned about the Houston Real Estate market, and it seems to be somewhat shaky currently. Based upon the information I have read the Houston Texas Real Estate market is in a down swing, although things appear to be looking up. My wife found a bunch of Houston Realtors in the Central Houston Real Estate area and we will be going to look at homes next week. I really do not want to go all the way to Houston Texas to only rent a home, the Houston Homes for rent section of the Houston Daily news had very few homes and I am not really a fan of renting, but with the Houston Realestate market being so unstable I am not sure if we should just get one of those Houston Condo’s or what? I am excited about my new job opportunities and just need to get this real estate issue resolved. It is really weighing in on me, and I do not want it to negatively impact my job performance once I arrive in Houston. I have been searching on Google for reliable real estate agents and found a company with great reviews Houston Memorial Real Estate, they seem like people that you can trust and they understand what it is like to move across the country and not know exactly what real estate I am looking for and that I am new to the Houston Real Estate Market and need guidance on whether I should get a Houston Condo, or rent a home in Houston or do as I believe I need and get one of those beautiful homes by Houston Medical Center Real Estate, they are by far the nicest homes in the Houston Texas area and I think with the money I made selling my home in California I can afford one of those really nice homes.
I wish the Houston Texas real estate market was more like California’s real estate market because I would then have a clear understanding of whether I should look at Houston Condos or Houston homes for rent or just dive in and buy me one of those sweet homes in Houston Heights Real Estate. I am sure I will be fine and land on my feet as I always do.
