Real Estate
"Invest real estate." That has been on my mind for so long right now. With graduation coming up, I've been looking at all sorts of ways to make money in the "real world". I've talked to some friends and we've thought about doing some sort of real estate investing. I think that realestate investing is a pretty straightforward idea, and would be pretty easy for me since my family has a home improvement business. It just seems so simple! A real estate investment is a sound one to me. People will ALWAYS need a place to live, and the better looking a home is, the more likely it is to sell. Since it is a competitive market, realestate investing is not really for lazy people I guess, but if you have motivation and drive, I can not see where you could lose. Buying low, fixing a place up a bit, and then selling for a profit can't go wrong! Since the market over here has a lot of houses up for sale, it'd be really easy to find a good real estate investment. A small group of my friends at college come from out of state, but they've told me that the Florida real estate around where they live is really nice too. Wow. Florida. It is pretty crazy to know that the same rules of business apply basically wherever man lives. If the market here were to slow down, I could probably start realestate investing in another state or whatever and not really have to change much about how I go about doing it. Sure, there may be a few differences in how things are done, but the main idea is the same. I have been looking online and found http://www.realestateusa.com/main.php . This website is pretty great - it has a lot of information about real estate investing. It also has a listing of available properties, realestate investing information, office locations, and even sections dealing with financing and insurance! It really makes me feel like there is a big big opportunity in realestate investing and that there is a great network of people to work/collaborate with. Being able to invest real estate would be a great opportunity to make a good lump of money. Anyways, just check out http://www.realnetusa.com/main.php and think about it!
