ROCA WEAR IS ALL THE RAGE
It is amazing to me how style conscious kids are these days. I mean and what is cool for one is not necessarily cool for another. For instance, my niece is into Abercrombie & Fitch, Aeropostale, and of course Hollister clothing, my nephew who is a total sports freak has to have Nike and Addidas everything and no jeans, and my older nephew is into Roca Wear, you know like the rapper styling. When you look at the three of them together, they look like they came from different planets, and it is hard for me to believe that they all go to the same school. Each one has their own style which personally I think is really important and some of the stuff is really nice. For instance I took my one nephew shopping for Roca Wear, and the stuff was really nice. Apparently, these days you are no one if you don't have a logo across your chest and this is one of the most popular especially among the teenage boys in his neighborhood.
It makes it really hard to shop for them though, because even the stuff that they make varies a lot in style and so they really need to pick out what they like. I guess this is why I don't think that I will have kids of my own. I love having nieces and nephews, and I love being able to take them shopping and buy them whatever they want. I just think that if you are the parent, then it can get really expensive and then you have to set limits, which I as an aunt never have to set. That makes it so much more enjoyable.
So for now I will stay the best Auntie in the whole world, and they know that they can call me for what they want and I will get it for them. That is what being the Aunt is all about. No rules, just fun. Well, as long and mom and dad say okay I mean. I would never overstep my bounds.
