Setup

- 4 cubes (dancers) per city (discotheque), 3 on each off-board New
City
- No cubes on Goods Display

Track Building
- Open terrain (flames): $3 (no other terrain on board)
- Upgrading to complex coexisting or crossing cost $4 or $5.

Move Goods
- Can a "Chain Reaction" - when a good is delivered to a city, can
deliver a good from that city in a chain of deliveries up to a # of
links equal to your link level.
- When a discotheque is emptied of dancers, it burns down!
- Place any tile over the city upside down (or flip the New City
tile, if that was used) -- no longer available in game.
- It still counts as a city/town, but no new goods may be placed
there and it accepts no deliveries.

Goods Growth

- Player who chose Production draws 2 random cubes and places both
an any city on the board.
