About me

Hailing from North Carolina, Virginia and Texas at different points in my adolesence, I've resided in Raleigh for the past 15 or so years. Went to undergrad at Denison University in Granville, Ohio where I double-majored in Mathematics and Computer Science. I am currently a graduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Yes, I actually do math for a living.

Other Interests

Spend as much time as I can with my dogs, but when I'm not working on math I'm probably watching some TV (Futurama's back!), listening to music (bluegrass, punk, etc.), playing video games (who isn't looking forward to Diablo III?!?) or playing some basketball. Tar heel born and bred, I get a little crazy in March. I also love travelling and have spent significant time in Israel.
