I joined UNC in 2001 and my research focus on Game Theory
with emphasis on Auctions, Mechanism Design and Contests.
I am also interested in Computational Economics, GE Incomplete
Markets, Algorithmic Game Theory, and Evolutionary Anthropology.
My student Justin Contat is on the jobmarket. His thesis is on rent-seeking games with applications to political lobbying.
I am visiting the The Center for Mathematical Studies in Economics and Management Science from January to May, 2014.
