Philosophy of the Council of Doom
Yee/Naw/Crucial Dynamics

Much confusion plagues the minds of those people new to the unfamiliar language
spoken by the Council of Doom and its correspondents. Mastering the use of this
language often takes dedication and patience, but most do a relatively well job of
understanding the proper usages and contexts of each word or cliché after a short period
of time. One of the greatest problems however, in mastering the language of the Council
of Doom, is not in usage, but in understanding the delicate balance between the meanings
of Yee and Naw. The greatest question posed by this delicate balance is: just what is the
result of the interaction between Yee and Naw? Well, those uneducated in the meanings
of the words, seem to think that they are opposites, and therefore they cancel each other
out (see essay on the meaning of Yee for further explanation on the factual definitions of
Yee and Naw). Yee and Naw, in fact, cannot cancel each other out, and their forces
combined create what every soul is searching for ..."Crucial."
Yee and Naw are not simply words, they are feelings, emotions, and experiences of
the soul. One does not simply say Yee or Naw, they are Yee or Naw. Yee, obviously, is
felt during times of happiness or great satisfaction. Do not take for granted the uttering of
this powerful word, when somebody says "Yee" to you, they are sharing with you a piece
of their soul, something intangible and far too complex to be described in words. The true
state of Yee is something that many strive for, yet it is a place that most never truly reach.
But obtaining any foothold on this amazing experience is powerful enough to please most
people, and indeed, as long as they accept the truth of Yee, most people will experience at
least some small part of it. Do not be impatient, however, and try to reach a state of
Yeeness prematurely...
Naw is something felt during times of disappointment, distress, and dissatisfaction.
Naw is an experience that many amateurs would probably try their best to avoid, and
perhaps amateurs should avoid it, instead of risk being consumed by it. Being consumed
by Naw leads a person into the dreaded world of sadness, hate, and dispair. However
those knowledgeable of the interaction between Yee and Naw greatly appreciate the
experience Naw has to offer. For these champions realize the importance of a balanced
soul.
Indeed it is quite ironic, that being consumed by Yee will ultimately lead to
unhappiness in most people, yet it is a truth that the brothers of the Council of Doom have
realized and accepted. A perfect state of Yee numbs the soul to the true nature of things,
it causes a person to be so satisfied with their own situation that they are blinded to the
realities of sadness and dispair felt by others. It ultimately creates a form of selfishness,
which ultimately leads to an alienating of friends and family, which ultimately leads to a
collapse of Yee and a direct plunge into the realm of the darkest form of Naw, from which
many would never return. Even if some people manage to maintain a sense of compassion
and charity after experiencing a saturation of Yee, their souls will become so used to this
state of being that it will lead to a boring and dull existence. This is a result of taking the
good values of Yee for granted, by letting them become such a part of your life that when
they are experienced it doesn't matter to you anymore, and when they aren't experienced
it is as if somebody has taken your life away from you.
Therefore, the first thing each of the brothers in the Council of Doom strive for is
the state of balance that lies between Yee and Naw. This balance is known as Crucial.
Many people experience Crucial everyday of their lives, but the Council of Doom strives
to master and fully understand this state of being. At times, it can be relatively easy to
accomplish. For example, if you have had a horrible day where nothing has gone right,
then you are probably out of balance and feeling the powers of Naw. At this point, it only
takes a small portion of Yee to reach the state of Crucialness. This form of Crucial is a
form of happiness that would not have been possible without the previous experience of
Naw. It is harder to reach a state of Crucialness after having a wonderful day full of Yee,
because happiness is almost expected and taken for granted. It takes the power of Naw to
help you once again appreciate what Yee has done for you. Therefore there are two ways
of reaching a state of Crucialness, and two sides to that state. There is the side of
happiness, which most wish to achieve, and the side of appreciation. Either way, you're a
winner.
Once mastering the state of Crucialness, one's soul is in balance, and that cannot
be changed. To be a true member of the Council of Doom, this is the state one must
reach. At this point, the negative results of an ultimate state of Yee or Naw do not matter
anymore. Because of the understanding of the state of Crucialness (i.e. the interaction
between Yee and Naw and the importance of that interaction) the brothers in the Council
of Doom are able to venture anywhere in the Yee/Naw/Crucial spectrum that they please.
Therefore, most true brothers of the Council of Doom, you will always see in a state of
complete Yeeness. For a beginner who does not understand the state of Crucial, this
would be a deadly trap, but for the polished members of the Council of Doom, it is an
amazing experience.
