Research Interest
Our
lab is specialized in analyzing the function of various DNA recombination and
replication factors on model DNA substrates by transmission electron microscopy
(EM). My role in the lab is to
generate the protein factors using various expression and purification methods.
We use E. coli or insect cells as an expression system of the recombinant
proteins, which are purified by affinity and/or conventional
chromatography.
