Dialogue: A Journal of Mormon Thought. Shaker Heights, OH: Dialogue Foundation, 1971-2001.
[BX8601.D5] Davis 3rd floor stacks

The mission of Dialogue as stated in the first pages of each issue is to "express Mormon culture and to examine the relevance of religion to secular life." While this journal discusses the broad range of Mormon issues, it occasionally includes articles about Mormon history and the people who had a role therein. Dialogue is published independently by members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and does not claim to represent the views of the church, although every effort is taken to ensure scholarship. The journal includes an index and book reviews.

Journal of Mormon History. Layton, UT: Mormon History Association, 1974-2001.
[BX8601.J2] Davis 3rd floor stacks

Although this journal requires previous familiarity with basic church history, doctrines, and people, the Journal of Mormon History is valuable for its in-depth scholarly research on Mormon Church history. The journal also includes speeches, book reviews, and lectures.
