Greater Atlanta Vedic Temple

This structure, in a suburub of Atlanta, is the prayer hall for this
society. Unlike many of the other temples, this building does not
house any images. This community follows the ideas of a Hindu reform
movement, the Arya Samaj, that began in the nineteenth century. The
society's primary meetings are Sunday mornings. I have not observed
any of these services, but I have created a separate page about the festival
commemorating the defeat of the demon Ravna by Lord Rama conducted at this
temple.
