The King Bell

In 17 century the biggest bell was Kyoto's one (Japan). Russians had created twice bigger bell and put it in belfry of Ivan the Great. Just the power of 100 people could made the bell ringing. But after fire the bell fell and crashed. Moscow couldn't accept the bell loss.

On November 25, 1735 a new bell (King-Bell) was cast (in a mould) . Its weight is more then 200 tons, height is 6.14 metres, diameter is 6.6 metres. The King-Bell never rang.
