This site provides a full English text copy of the Chechen Constitution.

This is the official web site of the Chechen government.  It offers contact information to Chechnya's governmental agencies while offering official documents available for pubic viewing.

This site provides information about the current conflict as well as links to news reports dealing with the most recent actions revolving around the war.  This is also a great site for pictures.
