Treaty of Crylix, (2344)

This document officially ended the Sunrise War, which had begun on 23 August 2342.  The treaty was drafted by the Emergency Council of Delegates and presented at Tzai Orbital Platform to Diplomats from the Southern Alliance.  The negotiations required three days and involved slight modifications to the treaty.  One such change was the removal of a stipulation that observers for the United Imperial Worlds be granted a permanent post on Gatraxia.  The finalized treaty was signed on 6 February 2344, and was later ratified by the Imperial Parliament of Planets.



Preamble.

This treaty is hereby signed at Tzai Orbital Platform, in the Crylix system, for the purpose of peace between the government of the Interstellar Organization of United Imperial Worlds and the government of the Southern Alliance of Worlds.  We recognize the binding nature of the following articles and will abide by their legal authority lest hostilities once again exist between us.

Article One.

A. All military forces under the command of the Southern Alliance of Worlds shall immediately and forever withdraw from the Sunrise system.
B. All military forces under the command of the Southern Alliance of Worlds shall immediately and forever withdraw from the Star of Faith system.
C. All military forces under the command of the Southern Alliance of Worlds shall immediately and forever withdraw beyond the borders existing prior to hostilities.

Article Two.

A. All starships under the command of the Southern Alliance of Worlds which were participants in the hostilities at Sunrise will be destroyed prior 1 January 2345.
B. The aforementioned proceedings will be observed and confirmed by an authorized Delegation of the Imperial Parliament of Planets.

Article Three.

The use of nuclear weapons, for any purpose, is immediately and eternally banned by our governments.

Article Four.

A. A bill of reparations valuing no less than 470 billion Taurian Dollars shall be paid by the Southern Alliance of Worlds to the Interstellar Organization of United Imperial Worlds.  This amount will be paid in the form of capital starships constructed by the Southern Alliance of Worlds.
B. A bill of reparations valuing no less than 200 billion Taurian Dollars shall be paid by the Southern Alliance of Worlds to the Interstellar Organization of United Imperial Worlds.  This amount will be paid in the form of military transport starships constructed by the Southern Alliance of Worlds.
C. A bill of reparations valuing no less than 150 billion Taurian Dollars shall be paid by the Southern Alliance of Worlds to the Interstellar Organization of United Imperial Worlds.  This amount will be paid in the form of fighter and shuttlecraft vehicles constructed by the Southern Alliance of Worlds.
D. A bill of reparations valuing no less than 50 billion Taurian Dollars shall be paid by the Southern Alliance of Worlds to the Interstellar Organization of United Imperial Worlds.  This amount will be paid in the form of armored ground vehicles constructed by the Southern Alliance of Worlds.
