Proceedings held at Pryll in 2275 by the Allied Advisory Congress.  The Convention included a final review of the new Interstellar Organization of United Imperial Worlds government structure prior to its inception.  Details of the ratification proceedings scheduled for 2277 were outlined  in addition to the creation of a roster of charter member-worlds.
