A special university for gifted students in drama, music, and dance which is located in the center of Yarch, Beta-Tauri 4.  The foundation was once a Taurian national university, and was affectionately called the "Beautiful Academy" due to its role in the growth of Taurian arts during the Beautiful Revolution.  Following the inception of the United Imperial Worlds, the foundation was saved from near financial collapse by the Imperial Ministry of Culture, which purchased its grounds and facilities.
