Pryll is home to the second largest population of Phylite outside of their homeworld. It was colonized in 2197 as a measure to relieve the population of Phylus. Pryll very quickly gained a reputation for being more progressive than its progenitor. In 2208, the government of Pryll placed a successful bid with the Solar Alliance for the new Bioelectric Laboratories to be built in Pryllis. Although Pryll could not offer the same wealth of resources as the other candidates, Valhalla and Leptax, it was though to be a superior choice due to its smaller population and less oxygenated environment.. In 2264, Pryll hosted the Allied Advisory Congress at which plans to found the Interstellar Organization of United Imperial Worlds were unveiled. In 2268, Pryll hosted the Convention of Planets which served to set up the system of government to be adopted by the new empire. Pryll was a charter member of the United Imperial Worlds in 2277. Today, Pryllis is home to the Imperial Foreign Ministry. |
