United Nations Building: 

The United Nations Building in New York City, once the center of Earth government, now serves a variety of other functions.  The famous sloping General Assembly building has been converted into a museum of government from ancient times until the present.  The office tower houses offices of the representatives, as well as a government studies facility which produces independent reports for the government of the United Imperial Worlds

The UN Annex, located in in lower Manhattan, was constructed in 2041-43 to house the first global parliament which convened there in 2045.  In 2269, the building was vacated and underwent extensive renovation in order to house the Imperial Parliament of Planets chamber after its inception in 2277.
