This code was the basis for Hedrick, T. L. and Daniel, T. L. (2006). Flight control in the hawkmoth Manduca sexta: the inverse problem of hovering. J. Exp. Biol. 209, 3114-3130 and is available by request.
The packaged code includes a graphical interface and an animation function for showing the output of various different flapping parameters.
